Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Logo Maker: Signature&Art application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by SENAL YAZILIM DANISMANLIK TICARET VE ITHALAT IHRACAT LIMITED SIRKETI (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. License to Use

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Application
• Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transfer, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Application to any third party

2. User Accounts and Content

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Application. However, by using the Application, you grant the Service Provider a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Application.

3. Subscription and Payments

The Application is offered as a Freemium service, which means certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payment terms:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• The Service Provider reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Application
• Use the Application to create content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Service Provider and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service Provider's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Service Provider. The Service Provider has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Service Provider does not warrant that:

• The Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the Application will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Application will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Application
• Any unauthorized access to or use of the Application
• Any interruption or cessation of the Application
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Application
• Any errors or omissions in any content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
